• Dully attested Xerox copy of degree and mark  card( either, UG or PG)
• DD of Rs.3050.00
• Two stamp size photographs
• Add Rs.150  towards the  Speed postage

 

For Student membership

• Filled application form
• DD of Rs.250.00
• Add Rs.100  towards the  Speed postage
• One stamp size photograph

 

Payment can be made through DD, drawn in favour of ISHA, payable at Mysore.
